With over a decade of experience in ultra-rugged mobile technology, Bullitt is the leading manufacturer in its field, but brand recognition was low. Transitioning from a white-label partnership with CAT and Motorola, Bullitt launched an innovative two-way satellite messaging service, enabling reliable connectivity with life-saving potential. We repositioned the brand to highlight its reliability, desirability, and robustness, launching under the tagline ‘Bullitt Empowered.’ The brand icon, Frank, combines the horns of a bull and the shape of a diamond, symbolising strength and resilience. With a new, customer-focused tone of voice, Frank serves as a locator in remote areas, showcasing how Bullitt empowers users through constant connectivity. The vibrant, hi-vis identity system draws inspiration from signal flares and emergency services, reinforcing the brand’s impact in both urgent and everyday communication needs.
