For those that don’t know what B Corp is, it’s big deal. Attaining B Corp certification has been a challenging but rewarding process. It requires meeting rigorous standards across various areas. The lengthy process involved completing the B Impact Assessment, which evaluates a company’s practices in governance, workers, environment, community, and customers.

We’re committed to balancing profit with purpose. For us, this certification means that we hold ourselves to the highest standards of social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency. It reflects our dedication to creating positive impact—both within our studio and across the communities and industries we serve. Being a B Corp is more than just a badge; it’s a core part of how we operate, ensuring that our design work not only delivers exceptional value but also contributes to a sustainable, equitable future. And yes, it is totally worth the effort.
Heartfelt thanks to Josh, Amy, Verity and Mia—for all your support in getting us there. We did it!
Here’s the lovely letter our B Corp champion, Josh Harrison wrote to B Lab upon hearing the great news.
Dear B Lab,
We’re with you. And we believe brands are uniquely positioned to enact change. Whether you’re a global giant or local leader, we’re now equipped to help our clients create a more sustainable future.
We’re with you. From career growth without hierarchical titles, one-on-one coaching, wellbeing budgets, to bi-annual Play Dates, we’ve implemented loads of great stuff that’s made Taxi Studio better.
We’re with you. We’ve committed to balance profit, with people and the planet. From paid volunteering days, climate action projects, mentoring, pro-bono initiatives for good causes, to creating a culture of belonging and opportunities. We’re by no means perfect but we’re pushing to be better.
Yours sincerely,
Josh Harrison
