A Sunday Times Best Place to Work…

We’re delighted to share that Taxi Studio has been named one of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2026 — marking our third consecutive year on the list.
Compiled by The Sunday Times in partnership with WorkL, the annual list celebrates organisations across the UK that are building happier, healthier and more engaged workplaces. Recognition is based on employee feedback across areas including reward and recognition, pride, information sharing, empowerment, wellbeing and job satisfaction.
For us, being recognised three years in a row means a lot. Not because we think we’ve cracked it. But because it reflects something we work hard at every day: creating a studio where people feel trusted, supported, challenged and proud of the work they make.
The Sunday Times’ 2026 list highlights our work to bring greater clarity to roles and progression, as well as our in-house coaching and mentoring, hybrid working, private healthcare, annual wellbeing budget and added life-moment leave.
But the real story is our people.
They’re the ones who shape the culture, raise the bar, make the work better, look out for each other and keep Taxi feeling like Taxi — even as we grow, evolve and take on bigger, bolder challenges.
Over the past year, we’ve continued to invest in the things that make a meaningful difference: clearer career pathways, more open conversations, stronger support structures and a working environment built around trust, ambition and care. Because unforgettable work starts with people who feel able to do their best work.
And while awards are lovely, this one comes with a useful reminder: culture is never finished. It needs listening. It needs effort. It needs honesty. And occasionally, it needs cake.
So, to everyone at Taxi: thank you. For your energy, your care, your graft, your ideas, your standards and your belief in what this studio can be.
Three years in a row is something to celebrate.
Now, back to making it count.
