27 projects. 5 years. 1 team. Fostering growth across health, wellness and beauty.
This is chapter 3/5 of our series getting under the skin of health, wellness and beauty, unpacking the business challenges behind the work each week.
Most health and wellness brands aren’t short on innovation, they are short on cohesion. As brands grow across markets, teams and touchpoints, things can start to fragment. Regulatory needs shift and what works in one market does not always work in another.
That was the challenge we faced with Wobenzym. The ambition was to create a global visual identity primed for growth: one that could flex across multiple markets, balance regulatory complexity with consumer relevance, and bridge the worlds of clinical credibility and lifestyle wellness.
Rather than leading with pain, the brand needed to put the person at the centre: focusing on the active, aspirational lives Wobenzym helps enable, not just the symptoms it helps address. A common theme we see across the sector.
In regulated markets, consistency cannot mean flattening everything until it feels safe but forgettable. It needs to give teams enough structure to move with clarity, confidence, and enough flexibility to stay unforgettable in-market.
For Wobenzym, that meant building a visual identity system that could feel credible, benefit-led and progressive, while still giving local markets the tools they needed to make it work.
